摘要 为了实现包括服务端和客户端的一套简单、稳定、可靠的新型视频监控系统;首先分析了视频监控系统的发展历史和趋势,提出基于移动互联网的视频监控系统方案,并选定Android作为系统实现的平台;明确了需求和目标,设计出系统的整体方案,并搭建了系统的程序框架;再根据系统程序框架的设计,详细地设计并实现了各个子功能模块,其中主要的功能模块有视频采集与视频回显模块,视频预处理模块,视频编解码模块和视频存储模块等;最后,对整个系统进行了综合测试,验证了其功能的完整性,得出系统的性能表现数据。经实验证明,所设计系统使用便利,需求中指定的功能也基本实现,程序的运行稳定高效可靠,能达到预期效果,具有一定的实用性和研究意义。 In order to achieve a simple, stable and reliable ideo monitoring system for a client and a server program. It analyzes the history and development trend of video monitoring system, and proposes a solution which was based on mobile Internet, and chooses Android as a platform for implementation. A clear objective and the system is achieved, and then design the system and build a procedural framework for it. According to the framework, design and implementation of the various sub--function modules including video device module, video processing module, video codec module and video record module and so on. Finally, test the system and certify its integrity, then analyzed system performance and deficiencies. As it is proved by the experiment, the video monitor system has achieved the required functions, sta- ble, efficient, and user--friendly. Therefore, the system is of good development prospect and practical significance.
