摘要
为实现对工业电机运行状态的远程监测,根据电动机的运行特点,采集电动机的电压、电流、转速和温度4个基本参数,用以判断电动机是否在正常工作状态中;该系统将电参数检测采集、无线网络技术、工业现场总线技术,以及计算机用户软件有机的结合,实现了对电机远行状态的远程实时监测、控制与管理,使整个系统实现了智能化、网络化、系统化的管理,解决了多地点分布的电机系统无法实现实时控制和系统管理的技术问题。
