犬尿喹啉酸与精神分裂症

摘要 犬尿喹啉酸(kynurenic acid,KYNA)是N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)的竞争性拮抗剂和a7烟碱乙酰胆碱受体(a7n AChR)的非竞争性拮抗剂,脑中KYNA浓度的变化在精神分裂症病理生理中发挥着重要的作用。
