摘要 动脉粥样硬化是缺血性卒中最主要的病因。微小RNA能通过调控血管内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞以及单核巨噬细胞等的功能,在脂质代谢、血管炎性反应、新生血管形成以及平滑肌细胞增生和表型转换等方面发挥重要作用,与动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展密切相关。文章主要就微小RNA对动脉粥样硬化发病机制中脂质代谢和血管炎性反应的调节作用进行综述。 Atherosclerosis is the most important cause of ischemic stroke, microRNAs can play an important role in the lipid metabolism, vascular inflammatory response, angiogenesis, as well as smooth muscle cell proliferation and phenotypic conversion, etc. by regulating the functions of vascular endothelial cells, vascular smooth muscle cells, and mononuclear macrophages. It is closely associated with the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. This article mainly reviews the regulatory effect of microRNAs on lipid metabolism and vascular inflammatory response in pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.
