磁共振波谱技术对γ-氨基丁酸在精神疾病中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脑内γ-氨基丁酸能神经元功能的异常见于多种精神疾病,如焦虑障碍、心境障碍、睡眠障碍、精神分裂症、孤独症谱系障碍及强迫症等。利用磁共振波谱技术研究γ-氨基丁酸在精神疾病中的作用取得了一定进展,该文对此进行综述。 The abnormalities of functions of γ-aminobutyric acid neurons in the brain are found in a variety of mental disorders, such as anxiety disorder, mood disorder, sleep disorder, schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc. This paper reviews advances in studies on the effects of γ- aminobutyric acid on mental disorders by the magnetic resonance spectroscopy technology.
