摘要
为了研究载荷与润滑油性能的相关性,以自制的四球摩擦磨损试验机为试验设备,设计并搭建了润滑油性能在线监测系统。选取润滑油粘度、介电常数及磨粒浓度为在线可测量,研究了载荷对服役阶段润滑油性能的影响及其相关性,并对基于不同载荷的润滑油状态进行了分类。试验结果表明:载荷与润滑油性能衰变程度存在着相关性,且随着载荷的增加,润滑油的性能下降,氧化衰变程度加剧,磨损程度加剧。本研究为今后研究润滑油的健康状态表征方法提供了依据。
To study the correlation between the load and the properties of lubricating oil, a homemade four-ball test rig is proposed, as well as the on-line monitoring system of lubricating properties. The viscosity, permittivity and wear particle concentration of lubricating oil are selected as on-line measurable indicators. The correlation of load and the indicators of lubricating oil on working conditions are studied, along with that the state of the lubricating oil is classified into different classes. The results indicate that the degree of lubricant degradation has some correlation with the load. The performances of the lubricating oil drop with the load increases, therefore lead to the serious degree of lubricant oxidation and wear. This study provides the bases for future research on characterizing the health state of lubricating oil.
