青海省6种白粉菌的形态记述及rDNA-ITS系统发育分析

摘要 对采自青海省的6种白粉菌进行了形态学分类鉴定,并对这几种r DNA-ITS序列进行扩增和测序,构建了系统发育树,分析了这几种白粉病菌的种类和彼此之间的系统发育关系。研究证明,形态分类学结果与分子系统发育结果一致,也证实国际白粉菌分类理论与方法的合理性。 In this paper, we classified and identified six kinds of powdery mildew in Qinghai on morphological, and carried on rDNA- ITS amplification and sequencing experiments. Phylogenetic tree was constructed. We analyzed the several species phylogenetic relationship between each other. Studies showed that the results of morphological are consistent with subsystem development, and have confirmed the international theories and methods of classifition of powdery mildew are reasonable.
