摘要
质量控制是确定项目成功的关键。本文从当今工程项目实施过程中质量管理状况入手,分析了工程项目质量控制中存在的问题及产生原因,并提出提高质量控制管理水平的建议及对策。
Quality control is the key link for the success of a project. The paper made an analysis over the problems in quality control of engineering projects and proposed possible solutions to improve the level of quality control on the basis of a scrutiny over its current status in the execution of engineering projects.
