静息能量代谢的影响因素与临床应用研究进展 被引量:3

Influence factors and clinical application progress of resting energy expenditure

摘要 静息能量代谢指安静状态下维持机体细胞、器官正常功能所消耗的能量,受年龄、性别、脂肪分布及内分泌激素水平的影响。确定个体能量的消耗有助于指导合理营养支持,预防营养不足或过度营养。间接能量测定值是评价能量代谢的金标准,但受条件限制,不能广泛开展。临床实践中,常利用各种预测公式推算静息能量消耗。但不同公式估计值差异较大,仍需发展新的、简便可行的能量代谢测定方法,从而为临床营养支持提供可靠依据。 The resting energy expenditure(REE)is mainly used to maintain the normal function of body cells, organs and human awakening state,which is influenced by many factors,such as age,genders,fat distribution and endo-crines. It is important by nutrition support according to the actual REE of individuals. The prediction equation only con-siders a single factor,so it couldn't estimate accurately the energy expenditure. Indirect calorimetry is a better way to know the actual REE and limited to be used in clinics. In this review,it will clarify the different energy needs in clinical populations with more focuses on the obese,premature infant and critical patients so that clinicians can facilitate the adequate nutrition support with minimum negative impacts from under - or overfeeding in these individuals.
