摘要 目的探究树突状细胞-细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(DC-CIK)细胞输注对胰腺肿瘤患者的影响。方法对30例经病理证实的胰腺肿瘤患者输注自体DC-CIK细胞,每例均在输注前、后抽取血液,应用流式细胞技术测量T细胞亚群和CD4+CD25+CD127low调节性T细胞(Treg)的改变;ELISA法测量IFN-γ和IL-4数值的变化。结果患者输注后外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD3+CD56+T细胞含量增加,CD4+/CD8+含量增加,CD8+T细胞含量减少(P<0.01);CD4+CD25+CD127low Treg减少(P<0.01);Th1细胞因子IFN-γ含量较输注前增加,而Th2细胞因子IL-4含量减少(P<0.01)。结论 DC-CIK细胞输注可以改善胰腺肿瘤患者的免疫机能,加强人体的抗肿瘤免疫应答,是治疗胰腺肿瘤患者的一个方法。 【Objective】 To study the effect of dendritic cell-cytokine induced killer cells(DC-CIK) immunotherapy on immunity function of patients of pancreatic cancer. 【Methods】 A total of 30 patients with pathologically confirmed pancreatic cancer were treated with DC-CIK cell therapy. The levels of T cell subsets and CD4+CD25+CD127 low regulatory T cells were detected with flow cytometry and the IFN-γ and IL-4 were detected with ELISA in peripheral blood before and after treatment. 【Results】 The T cell subsets CD3+, CD4+and CD3+CD56+, and the ratio of CD4+/ CD8+were increased after DC-CIK cell transfusion while the CD8+cell subset and CD4+CD25+CD127 low regulatory T cells were significantly decreased(P〈0.01). The level of IFN-γ was increased and the level of IL-4 decreased at the same time(P〈0.01).【Conclusions】DC-CIK cell immunotherapy can improve the immune function of patients with pancreatic cancer and enhance the anti-tumor effects, so it is one of means which can be used to treat patients with pancreatic cancer.
