提高折弯件角度精度的分析研究

摘要 折弯是板料成型中一种常用的工艺方法,在折弯件成型过程中,折弯设备、板材性能、操作过程都对折弯件的精度产生影响。通过对六种常见折形进行不同材质、厚度的折弯实验并记录数据,从中分析影响折弯件角度精度的因素,提出相应措施以控制折弯误差,提高折弯零件的角度精度。 Bending is a commonly used method of sheet forming. In the process of bending, bending equipments, properties of sheet, operation process influenced the precision of bending parts. Aims to control the bending error, and improve the Angle precision of bending parts, the experiment of six common accordion bending with different material, thickness was done and r data was reconded. The factors of influencing the angle precision was analyzed.
