杨树AP2/ERF转录因子家族生物信息学分析 被引量:18

摘要 AP2/ERF基因家族是植物所特有的一类转录因子,该转录因子参与多种生物学过程,包括植物生长、花发育、果实发育、种子发育、损伤、病菌防御、高盐、干旱等环境胁迫响应等。从毛果杨基因组数据库中查找210个毛果杨AP2/ERF家族基因,根据其编码氨基酸序列的相似性和AP2/ERF结构域的数量可分为4类,分别为AP2、ERF、DREB和RAV亚家族及其他(Potri.002G246100)。利用生物信息学方法分析了毛果杨210条AP2/ERF蛋白序列的系统发生、基因组定位、氨基酸组成、理化性质及二级和三级结构等。研究结果可为杨树AP2/ERF家族基因的功能分析提供参考依据。 AP2 / ERF gene family is a class of plant-specific transcription factor family,which was involved in many biological processes,including plant growth and flower development,fruit development,seed development,injuries,bacteria defense,response to high salt and drought stress and so on. We obtained 210 AP2 / ERF genes from the database of Populus genome. According to the AP2 / ERF conserved domain of amino acid sequence,the AP2 / ERF transcription factor family were classified into four subfamilies including AP2,ERF,DREB,RAV subfamily and a soloist gene Potri. 002G246100.We analyzed the phylogenetic tree,AP2 / ERF genome location,amino acid composition,chemical properties as well as secondary and tertiary structure prediction by bioinformatics. These results may provide a reference for poplar AP2 / ERF gene family function analysis.
