摘要
采用相对低分子质量活性药液对木材单板进行化学改性,系统评价了单板改性水平及组坯方式对所制备的乒乓球拍底板振动特性、弹性模量、乒乓球回弹距离、冲击强度等关键性能指标的影响。激光测振结果表明,单板改性不改变底板的振动频率,但降低了振幅;乒乓球击打底板后的回弹距离随着改性药液质量分数的增加而增加,在高球速击打的情况下更明显。动态力学分析、抗弯测试及声学振动分析均表明单板化学改性可明显提高底板的弹性模量,冲击强度测试进一步证实了改性底板刚性的增强。
A low-molecular-weight reactive chemical was used to modify wood veneers that were used to prepare wooden tabletennis racket. The modifying effects were systematically evaluated on vibration characteristics,modulus of elasticity,bounce distance,and impact strength of the resulting racket material. The non-contact laser vibrometry showed that the modification of veneers did not change the vibration frequency but reduced the amplitude of vibration. The bounce distance of table tennis after impact on wooden racket increased with the chemical concentration,especially at high impact speed.By the dynamic mechanical analysis,bending test,and sonic vibration test,there was an increased modulus of elasticity to racket due to chemical modification,as evidence in the impact strength test.
