摘要
运用纳米压痕仪检测和分析了添加不同纳米纤维素(微纤丝纤维素(MFC)、纳米微晶纤维素(CNC)、纳米纤丝纤维素(NFC))前后的酚醛树脂胶黏剂蠕变性能的变化规律,发现在添加了纳米纤维素的胶黏剂胶合木材试样中,相同载荷下添加NFC的胶黏剂胶合木材的试样胶合界面形变最低,在卸载后其不可恢复变形最小,其次是添加MFC和CNC胶黏剂的胶合木材试样。从蠕变曲线可以看出,在恒定载荷下,5 min内添加MFC胶黏剂胶合木材试样的界面变形最小,其次为添加CNC胶黏剂的胶合木材试样,最后为添加NFC胶黏剂的胶合木材试样。
We studied the creep properties of control PF resin and resin with three kinds of nanocrystalline cellulose( NCC) of MFC,NFC and CNC) by nanoindentation. Among three kinds of NCC-added samples,the NFC-added sample had the least deformation,and the least unrecoverable deformation after unloading,followed by MFC-added wood-resin sample and CNC-added wood-resin sample. From creep curve,the MFC-added wood-resin sample had the least interface deformation followed by CNC-added wood-resin sample and NFC-added wood-resin sample.
