摘要
应用真菌分类学、群落生态学的方法,对樟子松苗圃土壤真菌群落进行了研究,共分离得到土壤真菌19种,其中接合菌2种,子嚢菌1种,半知菌16种,并分析了土壤真菌的优势种群。试验分离到了3种能引起苗木立枯病的致病菌,2种具有生物防治潜力的木霉菌。
An investigation was conducted to study soil mycoflora from Pinus sylvestris nursery by mycology and community ecology. A total of 19 species soil fungi were obtained,in which 2 species belonged to Zygomycotina,1 species belonged to Ascomycotina,and 16 species belonged to Deuteromycotina. Three species of pathogens can cause seedling blight,and two pathogens have the biocontrol potential.
