基于灰色关联分析的黑龙江省国有林区小城镇建设影响因素实证分析

Influence Factors of Small Town Construction of State-owned Forest in Heilongjiang Province Based on the Grey Correlation Analysis

结合2008—2012年黑龙江省森林工业综合统计资料,从经济发展、产业结构、人口就业、居民生活、科技教育、基础设施、自然资源、生态环境等方面选取指标,采用灰色关联分析法对黑龙江国有林区小城镇建设的影响因素进行了定量分析,得出了各影响因素与国有林区人口密度的关联度。由于国有林区小城镇建设的特殊性,其影响因素的分析结果与其他地区有所不同,这是由于国家长期以来对国有林区的宏观政策和投入资金的导向性造成的。结果表明:在所有影响因素中生态环境的影响因素最大,然后是社会因素和经济因素。通过分析结果,提出对加强国有林区小城镇建设的针对性建议。

With the comprehensive statistical data of Heilongjiang forestry industry from 2008 to 2012,including the economic development,industrial structure,employment population,resident life,science and technology education,infrastructure,natural resources,ecological environment indicators,we used the grey correlation analysis method to carry out the quantitative analysis of the influencing factors of small town construction of state-owned forest in Heilongjiang province,and make the correlation between the influencing factors and population density of state-owned forest. Due to the particularity of small-town construction in state-owned forest region,the influencing factors of the results were different from other areas because of the macro policy and financial guidance of the state-owned forest region in the long run in China. Among all factors,the ecological environment was the most significant followed by the social and economic factors. By analyzing the results,we put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of small towns of state-owned forest.
