四逆散合痛泻要方加味对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者血清IL-1β及IL-8水平的影响

Effects of Sini San(四逆散) and Tongxie Yaofang Jiawei(痛泻要方加味) on Serum IL- 1β and IL- 8 Levels in Patients with Diarrhea Type of IBS

目的:探讨四逆散合痛泻要方加味对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)患者血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)表达水平的影响。方法:将60例腹泻型IBS患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组予口服曲美布汀+三联活菌,治疗组予四逆散合痛泻要方加味治疗,观察治疗前后主要症状积分、临床有效率及血清IL-1β、IL-8水平(ELISA)变化。结果:治疗后治疗组主要症状积分及血清IL-1β、IL-8含量均低于对照组,两组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四逆散合痛泻要方加味能够明显改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者症状,有一定临床疗效,其作用机制与降低血清IL-1β及IL-8水平有关。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Sini San and Tongxie Yaofang Jiawei on serum interleukin- 1 beta（ IL- 1β） and interleukin- 8（ IL- 8） in patients with diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome（ IBS）. Methods： 60 cases of diarrhea predominant IBS were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given oral trimebutine maleate and triplex viable bacteria,while the treatment group was given Sini San and Tongxie Yaofang Jiawei. Indexes of main symptom scores,the clinical effective integration and serum IL- 1β,IL- 8 level（ ELISA） changes were observed before and after treatment. Results： The main symptom scores and serum IL- 1β,IL- 8 levels after treatment were lower than those in the control group with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Sini San and Tongxie Yaofang Jiawei can significantly improve the diarrhea type of IBS with certain curative effect,the mechanism is related with decreasing of serum IL- 1β and IL- 8 levels.
