双黄消痤丸对雄性兔痤疮模型血清雌二醇、睾酮含量的影响

Effects of Shuanghuang Xiaocuo Pill( 双黄消痤丸) on Serum E_2 and T Contents in Male Rabbits with Acne

目的:通过观察双黄消痤丸对痤疮动物模型血清雌二醇(E2)、睾(T)酮含量的影响,探讨双黄消痤丸治疗痤疮的作用机理,为临床治疗痤疮提供实验依据。方法:48只兔,随机分成6组,正常组、模型组、阳性对照组及高、中、低剂量双黄消痤丸组,每组8只。除正常组外,其余各组分别采用外涂煤焦油于兔耳内侧及痤疮丙酸杆菌液局部注射方法造模,肉眼观察及病理学检查确认兔耳痤疮造模成功。高中低剂量组及阳性对照组分别灌胃给药,每日1次,连续14天。末次给药后分别采血,放射免疫法测定血清雌二醇、睾酮的含量。结果:双黄消痤丸高中低剂量组及阳性对照组兔血清睾酮含量明显降低,雌二醇有一定的升高。结论:双黄消痤丸对内分泌系统具有调节作用。

Objective： Through the experimental study on effects of Shuanghuang Xiaocuo Pill on serum estradiol,testosterone in the animal model of acne,to explore the mechanism of Shuanghuang Xiaocuo Pill in the treatment of acne,to provide the experimental basis for the clinical treatment of acne. Methods： 48 rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups,normal,model,positive control and low,middle,high dose groups,8 rabbits in each group. Except the normal group,other groups were coated with coal tar on rabbits ears＇ for 14 days and local injected propionibacterium,the naked eye observation and pathological confirmation of rabbits＇ ears acne were made to show the models were success. Shuanghuang Xiaocuo Pill three dosage groups and positive control group were orally administered the corresponding medicine,once daily for 14 consecutive days,the serum estradiol and testosterone levels were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results： Shuanghuang Xiaocuo Pill three dosage groups and positive control group could significantly reduce the serum testosterone content of experimental rabbits,and increase estradiol content. Conclusion： Shuanghuang Xiaocuo Pill can regulate the endocrine system.
