蒙药如达溃疡散长期给药对大鼠血常规和血液生化指标的影响

Effects of Mongolian Ruda Kuiyan San( 如达溃疡散) for Long- term on Blood Routine and Biochemistry Indexes Changes of Rats

目的:通过给予大鼠蒙药如达溃疡散长期灌服,观察大鼠血常规及血液生化指标的变化,对其安全性进行评价。方法:取Wistar大鼠80只,随机分为如达溃疡散高剂量、中剂量、低剂量和空白对照4组,每天灌胃给药2次,连续12周,对照组灌胃同体积的蒸馏水,全自动生化分析测定血常规及血液生化指标。大鼠停止给药后,继续喂养进行恢复性观察,7天后取血处死,观察上述指标。结果:给药12周及恢复1周后,大鼠的血常规、血液生化指标均未见明显的异常改变。结论:蒙药如达溃疡散对大鼠的血常规及血液生化指标无明显影响。

Objective： To obstrve the impacts of Mongolian Ruda Kuiyang San on blood routine and blood biochemistry indexes,discusses the safty of drug. Methods： 80 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups such as Ruda Kuiyang San high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group and blank control group,each group contained 20 rats,rats were ig 2 times a day for 12 weeks,the control group was lavaged with the same volume of distilled water. The blood routine and blood biochemical indexes were determined,rats were fet 7days continously after stopping medicating for estorative observation,then determining the above indexes. Results：Rats＇ blood routine,blood biochemistry had no obvious changes after lavaged for 12 weeks and recovered 1week.Conclusion： Mongolian Ruda Kuiyang San has no obvious influence on blood routine and blood biochemistry ofrats.
