长链非编码RNA与其他表观遗传修饰的相互调控及其在自身免疫性疾病中的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类重要的非编码转录本,在X染色质沉默、转录调控、基因组印记等过程中发挥着重要作用。lncRNA与其他表观遗传修饰具有密切的联系,相互之间存在复杂的调控,开辟了全新的"基因组密码";同时,lncRNA表达的时空特异性使其广泛参与自身免疫性疾病的发生发展过程。本文主要介绍了lncRNA与其他表观遗传修饰的相互调控及其引起自身免疫性疾病发生的研究进展,揭示了lncRNA巨大的开发潜能和广阔的应用前景。
