摘要
在分析钢轨中残余应力产生原因的基础上,比较国内外相关标准对残余应力的评估和测试方法。通过测试近几年国内外不同类型钢轨中的残余应力,包括热轧U71Mn,U75V和U77Mn Cr钢轨,在线热处理钢轨,离线热处理钢轨,贝氏体钢轨以及进口热轧U75V钢轨等,分析残余应力测试结果,总结各种类型钢轨中残余应力的分布特点,探讨减小钢轨中残余应力的方法和途径。
Based on analyzing the cause of rail residual stress,the paper compares the residual stress assessment and test methods specified in international and domestic standards. By testing various rail residual stresses both home and abroad,including hot-rolled U71 Mn,U75V and U77 Mn Cr rails,inline heat-treated rail,offline heat-treated rail,Bainite rail and imported hot-rolled U75 V rail,etc.,the paper analyzes the residual stress test results,summarizes the distribution characteristics of rail residual stress of various types and discusses the methods and approaches to reduce rail residual stress.
