调湿处理方式对滚动轴承用工程塑料保持架的影响

摘要 介绍水煮调湿处理和滴水调湿处理的特点。对滚动轴承用工程塑料保持架分别进行水煮处理和滴水处理后,观察产品外观,测试其大端外径尺寸、径向游隙、弯曲断裂力值、结晶度等性能参数,对比2种处理方式对保持架的影响。结果表明,与滴水处理相比,水煮处理后的保持架尺寸更稳定,外观良好,径向游隙小,弯曲断裂力值低。 The paper introduces the characteristics of boiling conditioning and dripping conditioning. After boiling conditioning and dripping conditioning are conducted to engineering plastic retainers used for rolling bearings,their product appearances are observed;their performance parameters including outside dimensions at large ends,radial internal clearances,flexure fracture force values and crystallinity, etc. are tested; the influences of these two modes on retainers are also compared. The result shows that: compared to dripping conditioning,the dimensions of a retainer treated via boiling conditioning is more stable, better in appearance,smaller in radial internal clearance and lower in flexure fracture force value.
