摘要
斜盘型轴向柱塞泵通常用伺服阀来调节斜盘角度以改变泵排量。给出一新型恒功率柱塞泵斜盘角度调节机构,阐述了斜盘角度实时自调节机理,通过对斜盘受力分析建立了该调节机构力学模型,仿真和实验结果表明,所推导的数学模型是正确的,为该机构的广泛应用奠定了理论基础。
The swash-plate axial plunger pump usually adopts a servo valve to adjust the angle of swash-plate for changing the pump's capacity. This paper presents a new type of swash plate angle adjusting mechanism for constant power plunger pump,expounds the real-time self-adjusting mechanism of swash plate angle through the study of the stress analysis of inclined plate the regulating mechanism and mechanical model established. The simulation and experimental results show that the derived mathematical model is correct,which provides a theoretical basis for the mechanism.
