摘要
针对用于煤矿井下的许用型乳化炸药灌装机的工作循环与技术要求,分析了主机结构功能,运用Fluid SIM-H软件完成了液压传动回路及电控回路的设计,对所设计电液控制系统进行了虚拟仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析。将仿真成功后的电液控制系统应用到实际生产,系统运行平稳,满足灌装精度要求,实现了灌装自动化,取得了良好效果。
For the work cycle and technical requirements of the permissible emulsion explosive filling machine in the coal mine,the function and structure of the machine are analyzed; the hydraulic drive circuit and the electric control circuit are designed by the software FluidSIM-H. The virtual simulation for the electro-hydraulic control system is designed and the simulation results are analyzed. When the electro-hydraulic control system is applied to a practical production,the emulsion explosive filling machine runs smoothly and satisfies the requirement of filling accuracy.
