摘要 急性间歇性卟啉病又称肝性卟啉病，吡咯卟啉病，是卟啉病中较多见的一型。急性间歇性卟啉病是一种常染色体显性遗传疾病，急性腹痛、神经精神异常和红色尿三联征是急性间歇性卟啉病的三大主要症状。糖尿病酮症酸中毒指糖尿病患者在各种诱因的作用下，胰岛素明显不足，生糖激素不适当升高，造成的高血糖、高血酮、酮尿、脱水、
