摘要 钽铌矿普遍存在品位较低,嵌布粒度较细、性脆易碎、矿物组分复杂等特点,因此钽铌矿石的选矿往往先进行粗选富集,粗精矿再精选获得合格产品。目前,钽铌矿的精选,重选和磁选工艺仍占主导地位;浮选是回收微细粒钽铌矿物最有效的方法;电选常用来去除杂质和综合回收有用矿物;联合工艺是分选钽铌粗精矿最有效的精选工艺;选冶联合既能提高钽铌矿的品位与回收率,又能综合回收利用其他有价元素,将是今后重要的研究方向。 The common characteristics with tantalum-niobium ores are low-grade,mineral fine dissemination,brittle and complex mineral composition,etc. Therefore,Roughing concentration is first adopted for the separation of tantalum-niobium ores,and then through the selection of the roughing concentrate qualified products are obtained. At present,,gravity concentration and magnetic separation are the most crucial separation for the selection of the tantalum niobium. Flotation is the most effective way for fine tantalum-niobium minerals. Electric separation is used for removing impurities and comprehensive recovery of useful minerals. Combined processes are the most effective selection processes for tantalum-niobium roughing concentrates. Combined process of beneficiation and metallurgy can not only improve grade and recovery of tantalum-niobium ores,but also apple to comprehensive recovery ofother valuable elements,which will be the important research direction in the future.
