青海某矽卡岩型铁多金属矿选矿试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 青海某矽卡岩型铁多金属矿含Cu 0.42%、S 5.30%、TFe 35.86%,是以蛇纹石、透辉石、绿泥石为主要脉石矿物的复杂难选铁多金属矿。主要矿石矿物磁铁矿、黄铜矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿间嵌布关系密切,多呈港湾状分布并与脉石矿物包裹、接触,粒度粗细不均,20μm以下含量高,单体解离困难,较难得到合格的精矿产品。根据矿石性质,进行了多种流程试验,最终采用铜硫依次浮选-尾矿选铁流程进行选别,获得了铜精矿品位为16.51%,铜回收率为71.37%;硫精矿品位为29.03%,硫回收率为76.48%;铁精矿品位为63.19%,全铁回收率71.79%,铁精矿含硫0.73%的选矿指标。 A Skarn type polymetallic ore in Qinghai containing 0. 42% of copper,5. 30% of sulfur,35. 86% of total iron,with serpentine,diopside,chlorite as the main gangue mineral is a complex refractory iron polymetallic ore. The main ore minerals magnetite,chalcopyrite,pyrite,pyrrhotite with close dissemination relationship,present the harbor like distribution and wrap and contact the gangue minerals with particle size of uneven thickness,20 um high content,monomer dissociation is difficult,more difficult to get qualified concentrate production. According to the character of the ore,for a variety of processing tests,finally adopts copper and sulfur flotation tailings are flowsheet for separation,the copper concentrate grade of 16. 51%,copper recovery rate of 71. 37%; sulfur concentrate grade of29. 03%,sulfur recovery rate of 76. 48%; the iron concentrate grade is 63. 19%,total iron recovery rate 71. 79%,dressing index of sulphur content in iron concentrate of 0. 73%.
