摘要
对隧道窑烧成的硅砖的黑心问题产生的原因进行了分析和研究,基于现状提出解决办法,通过各种试验后发现,对装车方法和窑车进行改进后,使K值和M值趋于合理,可以减小上下温差并消除黑心。同时对降低能源消耗,节约生产成本,也起到了积极的作用。
This paper analyzes the reasons for black core in silica brick in the firing process of tunnel kiln and proposes corresponding solutions on that basis. Tests revealed that the K value and M value tend to be reasonable by improving the loading methods and kiln car,and the temperature differences are narrowed and the black cores are eliminated to reduce energy consumption and save production cost for positive effects.
