摘要
介绍了宣钢三高线的品种开发情况,由于开发产品规格多、孔型系统共用性差,给生产组织带来极大不便。通过对原有孔型系统进行优化,实现了精轧前孔型系统统一,简化了个别规格轧制道次,统一了精轧工艺布置,方便了生产准备和组织,实现了急需产品的顺利生产。
It is introduced the development of products in three- high production line. In the development many kinds of specification lead to bad universality of pass system,and cause great inconvenient for production organization. The original pass system is optimized and unified before finished rolling,some passes for several specifications are simplified,and the finishing rolling process layout is unified. And those measures give a convenience to production preparation and organization,the smooth production of emergent products is realized.
