摘要
铁矿石干法磁选铁精粉工艺能够节约水源、增加产量、减少环境污染,使资源得到合理利用,产品符合国家行业发展规划。介绍了中基锡安矿业开发有限公司60万t/年干法磁选铁精粉生产线的主要设备、工艺流程、产品指标、主要污染物及其治理,该工艺从根本上解决了对水资源的依赖、在高寒地区易发生铁精粉冻结的问题,大幅度减少了生产与运输成本。
The process of dry magnetic separating concentrates from iron ore can save water,increase output,reduce environment pollution,make resource being reasonably utilized,and its products conform to the national industry development plan. It is introduced the main equipments,process flow,product indexes,main pollutants and treatment of the dry iron ore concentrates magnetic separation line with output of 600 thousand tons per year. This process solves fundamentally the reliance on water resource and frozen of iron ore concentrates in cold area,reduces to a great extent the cost of production and transportation.
