Analysis of the Case Study on the Economic Cost of Adverse Drug Events

药品不良事件不仅损害患者的身体健康,而且给患者和社会带来沉重的经济负担,对药品不良事件的经济成本进行研究不仅能减轻患者的经济负担和国家医疗保障系统的财政压力,还能为临床合理用药和制定最佳疾病防治措施提供科学依据。本文介绍了药品不良事件分类及其经济成本的构成,并通过分析经济成本的研究案例来总结不同的经济成本研究方法,并提出降低药品不良事件经济成本的建议。

Adverse drug events injure the health of patients and impose heavy economic burden on patients and society. The study on the economic cost of adverse drug events not only reduces the economic burden on patients and the national medical care system, but also provides scientific basis for rational drug use and developing optimal disease control measures. We introduced the classification of drug adverse event and the composition of its economic cost, summarized different economic cost research methods by analyzing the case studies of economic cost, and finally proposed advices for reducing the economic costs of adverse drug events.
