油田水配制清洁压裂液的研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用改性长链烷基季铵盐类表面活性剂与有机盐复配,研制出一种新型压裂液体系,可适用于油田水配置清洁压裂液。研究结果表明,该体系稠化剂浓度一般为1.0%~1.5%,有机盐浓度为0.2%~0.5%,可适用10~80℃地层,稳定性好,悬砂性能优于瓜胶压裂液体系,原油对其体系破胶效果良好,岩芯伤害率为5.26%,与地层水混合无沉淀、无絮凝,配伍性良好。使用油田水配置清洁压裂液,配液简单、药剂种类少,取得了良好的增产效果。不仅解决了陕北地区严重缺水的问题,还减少了污水排放,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。 The new type of fracturing fluid system developed using composed of long chain alkyl quaternary ammonium salt surfaetants and organic salt, which could be applied to oilfield water configuration clean fracturing fluid. Research results showed that the system of thickener concentration was 1.0%-1.5%, the concentration of or- ganic salt was 0.2%-0.5%, and could be used for 10-80 formation. The system has the characteristics of good sta- bility. The sand carrying ability was better than that of guar gum fracturing fluid system. The gel breaking perfor- mance using crude oil was good and the core damage rate was 5.26%. The system was good compatibility and mixed with formation water was no precipitation and flocculation. The clean fracturing fluid configuration using oilfield water was simple and with less species potion, which had obtained the good effect to increase production. The system not only solved the serious problem of water shortage in Shanbei region, also reduced the sewage dis- charge. It would have a good application prospect and popularization value.
