摘要
NaHSO4和浓H2SO4作为酯化反应的催化剂,该文研究了以硬脂酸和正丁醇为原料,NaHSO4-浓H2SO4为复合催化剂合成硬脂酸正丁酯。最佳反应条件为:酸醇摩尔比n(硬脂酸)∶n(正丁醇)为1∶4.5,催化剂用量为1.3g,复合催化剂中Na HSO4与浓H2SO4的比为1∶0.16,反应时间105min,酯化率高达97.56%。
The sodium bisulfate and concentrated sulfuric acid can be used as a catalyst for esterification. Us-ing acetic acid and n-butyl as raw material, sodium bisulfate and sulfuric acid catalyst for the synthesis of n-butyl stearate compound were studied. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: acid molar ratio n (acetie acid): n (n-butyl)was 1:4.5, the amount of catalyst 1.3g, Complex catalyst in concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium hydrogen sulfate ratio of 1:0.16, and the reaction time was one hundred and twenty minutes(105min). Esterification rate can be up to97.56%.
