对混凝土骨料饱和面干表观密度检测方法及应用的探讨

Discussion on Testing Method and Application of the Saturated Dry-surface Apparent Density of Concrete Aggregate

对《水工混凝土配合比设计规程》(DL/T 5330-2005)中采用饱和面干表观密度进行配合比设计计算骨料用量及《水工混凝土砂石骨料试验规程》(DL/T 5154-2014)中饱和面干表观密度试验方法提出了异议,认为《水工混凝土配合比设计规程》中计算单方混凝土中的饱和面干骨料用量应采用骨料的表干密度;《水工混凝土砂石骨料试验规程》中骨料饱和面干表观密度的试验方法实际是骨料表干密度的试验方法。

In the ＂Code for Mix Design of Hydraulic Concrete（ DL / T 5330- 2005） ＂,the saturated dry-surface apparent density of the concrete aggregate is used to calculate the aggregate quantity. Also,a testing method of the saturated dry-surface apparent density is provided in the ＂Test Code for Aggregate of Hydraulic Concrete（ DL / T 5154- 2014） ＂.In this paper,it however suggests that the saturated dry-surface aggregate quantity should be calculated by the dry-surface density. And,the testing method provided in the ＂Test Code for Aggregate of Hydraulic Concrete（ DL / T 5154-2014） ＂is actually for the dry-surface density of the aggregate.
