摘要 针对液力机械传动车辆起动困难问题,提出了从传动系统角度分析影响因素的思路,采用传动试验台模拟发动机起动过程,将部件级稳态试验与系统级动态试验相结合,测得不同工况和温度条件下传动系统各部件的起动扭矩值,找到了车辆起动过程中传动系统的主要影响因素,为提高车辆起动性能提供了有效依据。试验结果表明,传动油温的变化和各类油泵的功率消耗是决定传动系统起动扭矩大小的关键因素,应通过增加传动油加温装置和卸荷阀等措施减小传动系统的起动扭矩。 Faced to the starting ditticultly of vehicle with hydro-mechanical transmission, an idea of analyzing influ- encing factors from transmission system is proposed. Based on simulation of engine starting progress on the transmis- sion test bench, the main influencing factors during vehicle starting are discovered through the method of combining component level stable test and system level dynamic test, which provides valid evidence for improving the perform- ance of vehicle starting. The test results indicate that the change of transmission oil temperature and the power con- sumption of pumps are the key factors that determine starting torque of transmission, so that measures of increasing transmission oil heating device and unloading valve should be taken to decrease starting torque of transmission.
