基于AMESim的柱形壳体横摇试验系统建模与仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 以某柱形壳体的横摇装置为研究对象,在实验室条件下模拟高海情时,壳体以大角度横摇的试验要求,设计了多组并联液压系统驱动的横摇装置。为使系统易于实现,减小系统功率,提出了一种逐步加载的驱动方式;为了有效减小系统压力冲击,采用了位置和速度的双闭环控制策略。在AMESim中搭建液压系统模型并进行仿真分析。仿真结果显示,系统运行平稳,性能达到设计要求,为壳体大角度横摇台架的搭建提供了理论指导。 According to the test requirements of rolling analog device of a tions, the multigroup parallel rolling device based on hydraulic is designed cylindrical shell under laboratory condi- to achieve the requirement of rolling with a large angle. To accomplish goals and reduce the power of the system, put forward progressive loading large mode, reduce pressure impact of the system, we design a control structure of double close-loop. A simulation model of the experiment platform is established in AMESim. The results of simulation indicate that operate steadily and this situ- ation satisfies the technical requirement of research, which provides a theoretical guidance for system.
