摘要
针对煤矿井下矿车运输中普遍存在着矿车结底煤的问题,确定了全液压摇臂滚筒式清车机的设计方案。清车机工作装置采用筒形滚筒、截齿截割的清理方式,由液压马达直接驱动,一次清理矿车的全宽。采用四连杆臂架式工作机构,确定了主工作臂、工作立臂等主要组成机件的参数尺寸,以适应矿车结底煤清理的要求。分析了四杆机构的运动过程及工作特点,依据工作要求,选定了液压马达、液压泵、升降和支撑油缸等主要液压元件及其参数。
In order to solve the widespread problem that coal is often attached to the tramcar bed during the transportation in the coal mine. Full hydraulic rocker drum-type tub-cleaner is designed.Directly driven by the hydraulic motor, the tub-cleaner adopts such cleaning methods as cylindrical roller and pick cutting to clean the whole tramcar bed at a time. Adopting the four-link arm frame mechanism, it confirms the parameters of main working arm, vertical working arm and other components to meet the requirement of cleaning the coal in the tramcar bed. It analyses the motion process of the four-rod structure and its operating features. According to the work requirements, such main hydraulic components as hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump, hoist and support cylinder and their parameters are confirmed.
