煤矿井下机车蓄电池参数监测系统设计

摘要 为了给煤矿井下电机车阀控蓄电池均衡充电提供参数依据,提高蓄电池使用寿命,设计了一种阀控蓄电池组单体参数在线监测系统。基于STM32微控制器设计了中继广播通讯电路传输方式,实现了蓄电池组各单体采集模块的参数向主控模块的快速传递,降低了系统的复杂性。进行了阀控蓄电池参数采集实验,结果表明采用中继广播通讯方式进行蓄电池参数采集快速、准确、可靠。 In order to provide the basis of parameters for the charging equalization of coal mine underground electric locomotive VRLA battery, to improve the service life of the battery, an online monitoring system for VRLA battery monomers was designed. The rapid transfer of parameters from each monomer acquisition module to the main control module was perfectly realized by the relay-broadcasting communicating circuit based on STM32 microcontroller. The complexity of the system was reduced. VRLA battery parameter acquisition experiment was carried out, the results show that the relay radio communications for battery parameters collected is fast, accurate and reliable.
