摘要 分析了非圆轮系的基本参数对根切和重合度的影响,建立了齿数优化的非线性规划模型,以齿顶高系数、压力角、行星轮齿数和齿数增量为设计变量,"不发生根切"和"重合度最小值>1.03"为约束条件,重合度最大值为目标函数。相对于中国的标准化数值,取较小的齿顶高系数和较大的压力角值,并采用穷举法生成了24个设计点。通过对比这些设计点的目标函数值,找出了最优方案:齿顶高系数为0.7,压力角为22.5°,行星轮齿数为10,齿数增量为1。 The effect of the basic parameters in gear mechanism on undercutting and contact ratios was analyzed,a nonlinear programming model is made to optimize the teeth number, with the addendum coefficient,pressure angle,the teeth number of planetary gear and the teeth number increment as design variables, "no undercutting" and "the minimum value of contact ratios is greater than 1.03" as the constraint conditions, the maximum value of contact ratios as the objective function. By setting smaller addendum coefficient and bigger pressure angle than the standard numbers in China, 24 design points are generated using exhaustive method. Through the comparison of the objective function values of these design points, the best scheme is found out: the addendum coefficient is 0.7, the pressure angle of22.5 degrees, the planetary gear teeth number is 10, and the teeth number increment is 1.
