摘要
由于松软高突煤层成孔性差、孔壁不稳定,造成塌孔,影响钻孔施工质量和预抽效果。通过在首山一矿顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔应用筛孔管护孔下放工艺,既解决了松软煤层成孔难、塌孔、筛管下不到位等钻孔施工技术难题,又提高了钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度,同时分析了应用过程中存在的问题,为松软高突煤层筛孔管护孔下放工艺在抽采瓦斯技术中的应用提供技术经验。
Due to the difficult drilling of the gas drainage borehole and borehole wall extremely unstable in soft and high outburst coal seam, the quality of drilling construction and the pre-drainage effect were affected by collapse borehole. Through the application of screen pipe protected borehole process of gas drainage along seam in Shoushan First Coal Mine, not only the technical problems of the screen pipes not down to the borehole depth,the difficult drilling of the gas drainage borehole and the collapse borehole were solved, but also improving the concentration of gas drainage borehole, at the same time the insufficiency problems in the process were also analyzed, for providing the technical experience of application of screen pipe protected borehole process of gas drainage technology in soft and high outburst coal seam.
