综采工作面水冷式降温换热器研究

Study on Water Cooling Heat Exchanger of Fully Mechanized Coal Face

热害问题在煤矿生产中不可忽视,采取有效合理的降温措施,是保证安全生产,提高煤矿效益的关键。设计研究了一套水冷式降温换热器,利用井下供水管路中的低温水来实现降温,在高温回采工作面使用,将温度控制在26℃以下,保证了采面回采期间的安全生产。

The problem of heat harm in coal mine production can not be ignored, take effective and reasonable cooling measures is the key to ensure the safety of production and improve coal mine benefit. This paper studied a water-cooled cooling for heat exchanger, use of low-temperature water in the underground water supply pipeline to achieve cooling, and then used in hot mining working face,to control the temperature at 26 degrees Celsius, to ensure safe production of the stoping face.
