主要分析了立柱拆缸机的应用前景,并对立柱推动千斤顶、棘轮和机架进行了设计与选用;为设计出合理的机架,通过应用模拟软件对其进行了数值分析;拆卸导向套的生产进度直接影响着支架返修的快慢,而大缸径立柱拆缸机的研制顺利解决了这一问题。
The paper mainly analyzed the prospect of application of the dismantling machine of column cylinder, and the pushing jack, ratchet wheel and frame were designed and selected; In order to design a reasonable frame, numerical analysis was carried out through the application of its simulation software; The production schedule of dismantling the orientation cover directly affected the speed of repair, therefore developing a large dismantling machine of column cylinder could successfully solve this contradiction.
