摘要
根据煤矿井下锚喷支护实际工况,介绍了一种新型矿用湿喷机及其泵送液压系统的工作原理,分析了湿喷机液压系统产生液压冲击的原因,根据泵送液压系统的换向原理,运用AMESim软件对混凝土缸泵送过程进行液压仿真,通过改变换向阀换向时间进行仿真分析,得出液压系统液压冲击大小随着换向阀换向时间变化的结论。
A new wet spraying machine of mining and its working principle of pumping hydraulic system are introduced according to the actual working conditions of bolting and shotcreting underground,the reason of hydraulic impact in wet spraying machine is analyzed, the pumping hydraulic system model of concrete cylinder is built and analyzed by the change of commutation time according to the commutation principle with the simulation software AMESim, as a result, the difference of commutation time can change the hydraulic impact.
