摘要
针对综采工作面生产过程中粉尘浓度高、污染严重现状,提出采用双向长钻孔煤层动静压注水技术。通过向水中添加湿润剂来增加煤层浸润性,并采用煤层注水监控系统实时检测煤层注水过程中流量与压力变化情况,有效保障了煤层注水湿润煤体效果。在进行煤层湿润半径测试的基础上,开展了综采工作面长钻孔煤层注水工艺研究。经现场试验,采用该技术后综采工作面司机位置总粉尘降尘效率达70%,有效降低了工作面粉尘浓度。
According to the status of high dust concentration and serious pollution in fully mechanized face, it puts forward the technology of dynamic pressure water infusion of long bidirectional borehole. In order to protect the effect of coal seam water infusion, it increases the wettability of coal by adding wetting agent in water,It detects the change of flow and pressure of coal seam water injection process by monitoring system. It studies on the water injection technology of the long bored coal seam in the fully mechanized face based on wetted radius.it proves that total dedust efficiency is up to 70% and reduces effective the dust concentration in the working of flour.
