摘要
利用ANSYS分析软件对采煤机截割部关键零部件处于工作状态与提升状态进行分析。分析结果表明:在2种状态下,采煤机截割部各零部件应力分布整体均匀,最大应力处的应力值都远小于该零件材料的屈服极限。有限元分析为后续采煤机的结构设计和改进提供了理论依据。
Analyzed working and ascension state of cutting unit crucial element of coal-cutter by ANSYS.The results showed that under the two states, various components cutting unit of coal-cutter of even stress distribution as a whole, the stress of the maximum stress value was far less than the yield limit of the component materials. This analysis for the structure design and improvement of subsequent coal-cutter provides a strong theoretical basis.
