摘要
针对伺服阀壳体的结构特点及加工技术要求,提出了阀类壳体零件成组加工工艺流程,设计并制造出适应数控加工中心的成组夹具,对加工中应用的设备、数控刀具、工艺参数进行了重点介绍,最后对深孔和密封槽的高效加工进行了详细说明。
