摘要
针对传统液力偶合器在应用过程中存在的问题,提出了基于静液压传递扭矩的新型柱塞式静液压偶合器。并对该偶合器的组成、工作原理和结构特点进行了分析,理论上分析了扭矩传递原理及扭矩调节原理。新型静液压偶合器在实现传统液力偶合器功能的基础上,还能够实现在线调节、低速运行等一系列优点,将具有很高的工程应用价值和广阔的应用前景。
Considering the problems that is existing in the application process of the traditional hydraulic coupler, this article put forward a kind of new plunger type static hydraulic coupler which is based on the static hydraulic transmission torque. It analyzed the composition, working principle and structure characteristics of coupler and theoretically analyzed the principle of torque and torque adjustment principle. The new type of static hydraulic coupler is not only realizing the function of traditional hydraulic coupler but also can realize the online adjustment, running at low speed and has a series of advantages. It will be of great value in engineering application and broad application prospects.
