摘要
总结了电厂传统煤粉动态分离器在应用过程中存在的主要问题。使用三维造型软件建立传统分离器3D模型,并根据电厂磨煤机真实情况设置参数,对分离器内部两相流流体进行仿真。结合仿真结果详尽分析了分离器工作机理,在此基础上提出了新型煤粉动态分离器的改进设计方案。
Summarizes the main problems of the conventional pulverized coal power plant dynamic separator which exists in the application process. By using 3D modeling software, the traditional separator 3D model was established, and according to the real situation of power plant coal grinding machine setting parameters of two-phase fluid separator, internal flow simulation. With the simulation result, the detailed analysis of the working mechanism of the separator, then proposed an improved design scheme of dynamic model of pulverized coal separator.
