摘要
通过对淮北矿业集团某选煤厂容量增加后,出现功率因数降低的原因进行分析,得出无功功率增加的原因,采用增加高压补偿电容的方法对该厂的无功功率补偿,计算出所需补偿的无功容量及设计了电容的布置方式。改造后,功率因数得到提高,改善了企业用电质量,节约了用电成本,取得了明显的经济效益。
Capacity causes which the reason of reactive power increase was increasing of lower power factor was analyzed in the mining group Huaibei coal preparation plant. By increasing the voltage capacitance compensation of reactive power compensation was adopted to calculate the required compensation of reactive power capacity and designed layout of the capacitor in the plant. After the transformation, the power factor was enhanced, to improve the quality of electricity, saving electricity costs, and obtain obvious economic benefit.
