煤矿井下定向长钻孔用新型PDC扩孔钻头的研制及应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对煤矿井下长钻孔扩孔钻进时,普通PDC扩孔钻头存在钻进效率低,钻头寿命短,可靠性低等问题,结合煤矿井下近水平定向长钻孔扩孔施工的工艺特点,改进扩孔钻头和导向器的结构,研制了一种新型结构组合式PDC扩孔钻头,并进行了现场试验。试验结果证明,新型组合式扩孔钻头具有钻进效率高、寿命长、保直效果好等优点,试验单只钻头累计进尺达2 364 m,满足了煤矿井下近水平定向长钻孔扩孔施工的需求。 A series ofproblems are encountered when the conventional ream bits isapplied to the long directional drilling for underground coal mine,such as low drilling efficiency, short bit life, low reliability. Aimed to resolve these problems, a new modular PDC ream bits isdeveloped with the modified structure of PDC reambits and guide, combined with the technologycharacteristicsof the long directional drilling for underground coal mine. Thefieldtest of the newmodular PDC ream bits are carried out.The total footage of this ream bits is 2 364 m. The test results show that the New PDC reambitshas the advantages ofhigh drilling efficiency,long bit life and the good guide effect, which can satisfythe requirements oflong directional drilling in underground coal mine well.
